Four projects add 101 MW

A regulated release carried by Les Echos Comfi on September 24, 2026 described the 101 MW buildout. The projects comprise the 41 MW BA 217 solar plant, the 30 MW Saint-Just agrivoltaic park, the 16 MW La Ferme des Cros agrivoltaic park and the 14 MW Moulin a Vent wind farm.

The BA 217 plant is scheduled to enter operation in the first half of 2028, while both agrivoltaic parks share the same commissioning window. The wind project is scheduled for service by the end of 2027, creating a staggered development timeline rather than a single delivery date.

French capacity reaches 2.5 GW

Energynews reported on September 25, 2026 that Neoen’s French assets exceeded 2.5 GW in operation or construction. The figure consists of 1.8 GW owned outright and 700 MW managed for third parties, a quantified split that shows how the portfolio combines direct ownership with asset management.

The same release identifies more than 500 MW of Neoen projects entering construction worldwide since the start of 2026, against a global annual target of 2 GW. In France, another 300 MW is expected to enter construction during the next 12 months, extending the project pipeline beyond the four announced sites.

Renewable buildout extends to 2028

Neoen’s project mix spans photovoltaic, agrivoltaic and onshore wind generation, with the four new assets totaling 101 MW. The timing matters for the stock because the announced capacity converts into operating assets across 2027 and 2028 instead of contributing all at once.

Neoen also states that its global portfolio in operation, construction or under management totals 10.2 GW, while its ambition is to reach 20 GW by 2030. Those figures place the French announcement within a wider expansion plan rather than treating the 101 MW as an isolated project award.
