Since our last update, the following businesses have been confirmed as having fallen into administration. All dates indicate when the administration was announced and not necessarily the dates on which administrators were appointed.

Regency Factors Limited and Regency Trade Finance Limited, an invoice solutions company based in Bury, fell into administration last month, with Geoffrey Rowley and Patrick Donnan of FRP Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 30 2023, Regency Factors Limited’s fixed assets were valued at around £80,000 and current assets at £14.5 million, with total equity of approximately £4.9 million.
For the same period, Regency Trade Finance Limited’s current assets were valued at approximately £18.6 million, but sizeable amounts owed to creditors meant that total equity amounted to slightly over £1 million.
Isosceles DM 123 Limited – June 30
Isosceles DM 123 Limited, formerly trading as Six Degrees Holdings Limited, the holding company for managed cloud services provider Six Degrees Group, fell into administration last week, with Richard Harrison and William Wright of Interpath Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2024, while still trading as Six Degrees Holdings Limited, the company reported turnover of around £37.4 million, up from £36.7 million a year earlier, while recovering from an operating loss of more than £307,000 to a profit of £125,000.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at around £74.7 million and current assets at £17.2 million, with net assets totalling approximately £79.6 million.
Mission Digital Limited – July 2
Mission Digital Limited, a London-based film production company, fell into administration last week, with Jeffrey Brenner and James Stares of Antony Batty & Company appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to June 30 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at £1.1 million and current assets at around £144,000, but net liabilities totalled around £368,000.

Forest Hill Golf Club Limited, a golf club operator based in London, fell into administration last month
In accounts for the year to May 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at £6.6 million and current assets at £178,000, with net assets totalling slightly more than £210,000.
Rena Leisure Services Limited – July 2
Rena Leisure Services Limited, a Harrow-based leisure centre operator, fell into administration last week, with Edward Avery-Gee and Daniel Richardson of CG&Co appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to July 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at slightly over £51,000 and current assets at £1.4 million, while net assets totalled approximately £373,000.
RPA1 Limited – July 2
RPA1 Limited, a company that acquires and leases newly-built affordable homes, fell into administration last week, with James Tucker and Stephen Absolom of Interpath Advisory appointed as joint administrators.

Administrators for the company are now seeking buyers for the business and assets.
In accounts for the year to July 31 2025, the company’s assets were valued at £1.7 million, with net assets totalling approximately £287,000.
