Since our last update, the following businesses have been confirmed as having fallen into administration. All dates indicate when the administration was announced and not necessarily the dates on which administrators were appointed.

Pearson Ham Consulting Limited, a London-based pricing consultancy, fell into administration earlier this month, with Robert Ferne and Jeremy Karr of BTG Begbies Traynor appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to May 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £92,500 and current assets at £4.1 million, with net assets totalling approximately £2.1 million.
London Richmond Limited – August 18
London Richmond Limited, a London-based property investment company, fell into administration earlier this month, with Andrew Hook, Julie Palmer and Paul Wood of BTG Begbies Traynor appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at £28.2 million and current assets at £8 million, with net assets totalling around £10.9 million.
Project Audio Visual Limited – August 18
Project Audio Visual Limited, an audio visual consultancy based in Reading, fell into administration earlier this month, with Simon Jagger and Cameron Gunn of S&W Partners appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £922,000 and current assets at £3 million, with net assets amounting to £1.5 million.
New Wave (International) Limited – August 18
New Wave (International) Limited, a Leicester-based fabric wholesaler, fell into administration earlier this month, with Situl Raithatha of Springfields Advisory appointed as administrator.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £100,000 and current assets at approximately £1.5 million, but net liabilities exceeded £130,000.

tranScrip Limited, a Wokingham-based pharma services company, fell into administration earlier this month, with Richard Harrison and Howard Smith of Interpath Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £19 million and current assets at £6.2 million, with net assets totalling £16.7 million.

Fire Integrity Limited, a passive fire protection specialist based in London, fell into administration earlier this month, with Andrew Ryder of JT Maxwell appointed as administrator.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2025, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £163,000 and current assets at approximately £2.1 million, with net assets totalling roughly £884,000.
Avon Combined Electrical Services Limited – August 19
Avon Combined Electrical Services Limited, an M&E contractor based in Bristol, fell into administration earlier this month, with Neil Bennett and Alex Cadwallader of Leonard Curtis appointed as joint administrators.

CVW SPV Limited, the Kingswinford-based holding company for a group that provides products and services to the commercial garage sector, fell into administration earlier this month, with Martyn Rickels and Raj Mittal of FRP Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to December 31 2024, the company reported turnover of £25.7 million, up from £22.7 million a year earlier, while operating profit dipped from around £797,000 to £707,000.
At the time, its fixed assets were valued at £6.7 million and current assets at £9.5 million. Net liabilities, however, totalled approximately £381,000.
Chambers & Cook (Eastern) Limited – August 20
Chambers & Cook (Eastern) Limited, an Immingham-based logistics company, fell into administration earlier this month, with David Griffiths, Margaret Carter and Peter Herberts of bk plus appointed as joint administrators.
In accounts for the year to September 30 2025, the company’s current assets were valued at around £2.1 million, while net liabilities exceeded £173,000.
AttoLife Limited – August 21
Attolife Limited, a Norwich-based provider of DNA, drug and alcohol testing, fell into administration earlier this month, with Grace Jones and Rishi Karia of Parker Andrews and Deviesh Raikundalia of Hall Chadwick appointed as joint administrators. Jones and Karia were also appointed joint administrators of Attosure Limited, a workplace substance abuse testing provider based at the same premises, on the same date.
In accounts for the year to March 31 2025, Attolife Limited’s fixed assets were valued at slightly over £370,000 and current assets at around £4.5 million, while net assets totalled £3.6 million.
Priestley Investments (Leeds) Limited – August 24
Priestley Investments (Leeds) Limited, a real estate investment firm based in Wakefield, fell into administration earlier this month, with Michael Lennon and Andrew Livingstone of KR8 Advisory appointed as joint administrators.
In the year to December 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at £8.7 million and current assets at around £4.1 million, with net assets totalling approximately £1.7 million.

S E Ceilings Limited, a suspended ceiling and partitioning company based in Whitehaven, fell into administration last week, with Daryl Warwick and Ed Connell of Armstrong Watson appointed as joint administrators.
