Alexandria Real Estate Equities trades lower as potential tenant wind-downs hit Q1 earnings (ARE:NYSE)

Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE) was trading lower after the REIT reported lower first-quarter earnings on the back of potential tenant wind-downs.

Shares were -2.00% during Monday after-market trading at $44.65.

The health care REIT reported Q1 adjusted FFO per share
