Mark brings more than 25 years of experience advising private equity-backed companies on building high-impact leadership teams. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner, Head of Client Services at McDermott + Bull, where he worked closely with clients across a range of executive-level functions in industrial, consumer, business services, and healthcare sectors. He has also built a strong track record placing senior finance leaders extensively throughout his career.
Mark’s arrival signals an important step in Falcon’s continued growth as the firm expands its capabilities to meet rising demands in middle market private equity. In addition to his extensive background in PE-focused executive search, he also brings experience supporting interim leadership needs, further strengthening Falcon’s ability to support sponsors and portfolio companies through critical inflection points.
