Fire erupts at Gul Ahmed warehouse

November 10, 2025 (MLN): Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited (PSX: GATM) has reported a fire incident at one of its warehouse facilities, as disclosed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on November 10, 2025.

The company, whose finance division is located in Landhi, Karachi, stated that the fire affected certain inventories and fixed assets stored at the facility.

Crucially, Gul Ahmed confirmed that all affected inventories were fully covered under comprehensive insurance policies.

The textile manufacturer is currently in close coordination with insurance providers, safety authorities, and relevant stakeholders to efficiently manage the situation and ensure business continuity.

The Company has committed to sharing further information once the assessment is complete or should any material development arise that may affect its operations, financial results, or future outlook.
