Ozerden Ambalaj Sanayi A.S. has reported the sale of certain machinery and equipment assets, following guidance to disclose the transaction under the non-current asset sale framework. A valuation report dated 05.08.2026 set the total market value of the machines assessed at 56,710,000 TL excluding VAT.
Only a portion of these machines, with a market value of 43,310,000 TL excluding VAT, was actually put up for sale and sold at that same valuation figure. The disclosure clarifies that the sale was executed at the appraised market price, providing transparency for shareholders and the public regarding the monetization of part of the company’s fixed asset base.
