ZEW Kogeneracja EGM to vote on acquisition of fixed assets worth up to 912 mln zlotys for EC Wroclaw investment program

Zespol Elektrocieplowni Wroclawskich Kogeneracja SA (Kogeneracja SA) is a Poland-based power industry company operating in the production of heating and electricity, as well as wholesale and retail of heat and electric power. In addition, the Company uses and utilizes the combustion side-products and supply of biomass for energy production from renewable sources, production of construction compounds based on cement, aggregates and by-products of coal combustion . The Company operates through three production plants, such as Elektrocieplownia Wroclaw, Elektrocieplownia Czechnica and Elektrocieplownia Zawidawie. Kogeneracja SA is active through subsidiary EC Zielona Gora SA, which produces electricity, and produces and distributes heat.
