Chris has provided consulting services since 1999. His experience includes more than 12 years in cost segregation and fixed assets consulting. Chris’s current responsibilities include completing and reviewing cost segregation analyses, fixed asset tax compliance reviews, tangible property regulations consulting, fixed assets management, and repair and maintenance studies. He is the Southern California practice leader for the firm’s tangible asset incentive services practice. 

Chris has completed and reviewed cost segregation studies for more than 350 properties of various building types, with a cumulative improvements value in excess of $4 billion. Additionally, he has performed fixed assets compliance reviews for national and multi-national companies with emphasis on capitalization and recovery periods for fixed assets. Chris has consulted with both private and public companies on various fixed asset projects, including accounting method changes, software selection and implementation, repair and maintenance studies, and tangible property regulations compliance. He has also represented clients in IRS reviews of fixed assets, cost segregation, and repair and maintenance studies.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Chris spent five years as a cost estimator and project manager for a construction management firm and four years in the consulting industry providing cost recovery services for a nationwide consulting firm.
