The Bombay High Court has granted interim relief to Empire Spices and Foods Limited, restraining a local trader from using the mark ‘SHREE RAM BANDHU’ or any other deceptively similar mark, holding that the plaintiff’s registered mark ‘RAM BANDHU’ deserves protection in its entirety, even if registered as a device mark. Justice Sharmila Deshmukh, while
