Vacant land in Drumchapel being sold by council for millions

A 59-acre development site, located at Kinfauns Drive, is now on the market and is being listed by City Property Glasgow (CPG).

CPG notes that the local authority is seeking offers in excess of £6m for its interest in the property which is being marketed as a ‘residential development opportunity’.

It is understood that GCC holds the freehold title for the site.
