Patch of land set to go under the hammer with planning permission

A patch of overgrown land in Gwent, complete with planning permission, is set to go under the hammer.

The vacant plot, located next to 2 Greenmeadow Bungalow in Glan Y Nant, Blackwood, could be the perfect opportunity for a self-builder looking for a fresh project.

The properties, along with more than 90 others, are up for sale at the Paul Fosh Auctions, which starts from 12 noon on Tuesday, February 4 and ends from 5pm on Thursday, February 6.

The plot, measuring roughly 0.11 acres, is situated in a quiet, picturesque area, with banked river walks nearby.

The parcel of land also comes with planning permission for the development of a two-bedroom detached house, making it an attractive prospect for developers.

The plot of land, which is on a separate title to the house, can be accessed via a fenced, gated entrance from the house, or directly from the road.

The area of Glan-Y-Nant, a village in Blackwood, in the borough of Caerphilly, is described as having a bustling high street.

The plot of land and the house are conveniently located near a local supermarket and a retail/industrial park.

Planning permission has already been granted for a two-bedroom detached dwelling on the site.
