Inside Bec and Chris Judd’s lavish fully renovated $3m Mornington Peninsula property as couple put it up for sale

Australian power couple Rebecca and Chris Judd have listed their beautifully renovated Mornington Peninsula property for a cool $2.85m to $3m.

The pair first purchased the Arthur’s Seat property in 2016, and have spent several years turning the 1970s-built brick house into a family retreat.

The lavish home features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and luxurious finishes throughout.

They include bench tops with gold veining and stunning oak cabinetry.

The spacious open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, providing an inviting and airy atmosphere.

Award-winning landscape architect Nathan Burkett designed the lush gardens, which include a heated pool, exquisite garden and entertainment areas.

The property offers sweeping views of the surrounding hills, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.

Bec took a hands-on approach to the renovation, telling Domain.com.au: ‘I find that when I’m involved, things get done really quickly.

‘I’m cracking the whip the whole time. I would say I’m a good communicator and I work with a team who are good communicators. We put out fires before they happen.’

The influencer added one of the things she loved most about the property was its gorgeous semi-rural location, which is just a short distance from a variety of amenities.

With its desirable location, scenic views and stunning design, it is the perfect property for those looking to raise a family.

The holiday home is located at Main Ridge near Arthurs Seat, 85km from Melbourne.

Bec bought the home for $1.2m with husband Chris Judd when she was still pregnant with their twin boys.

After welcoming sons Darcy and Tom in 2016, Bec said she put plans to renovate the property on the back burner.

Construction was performed by prestige firm The Melbourne Builder and Co.

‘We’re taking out [walls] and making the living spaces bigger,’ Bec said in a video before the renovation.

The former model described the new design for the property as ‘country ranch’ and revealed plans for a lavish kitchen.

She also said the new pad will feature Patagonia, a quartzite stone from South America and supplied by Melbourne company Signorino.

‘Its very bold and it helps to elevate a warm neutral palette,’ she said.

An animated designer’s clip also shared in the post revealed that Bec planned to use the lavish stone for a breakfast island.

Bec took to social media to announce she was planning to donate the entire contents of the original home to charity.

She lives in a luxurious mansion in the swanky Melbourne suburb of Brighton with her AFL star husband Chris and their four children.
