Castle View Rural Retreats listed for sale by Larch Property


Castle View Rural Retreats has been listed for sale by Larch Property, priced at £4.5 million.

Comprised of a five-bedroom farmhouse, seven converted barns and an equestrian centre, the property offers views of both 800-year-old Beeston Castle and the comparatively modern Peckforton Castle.

The property is located around four miles southwest of Tarporley, just a stone’s throw from Beeston Castle.

The current owner has converted the former barns into a rental/letting business, with a range of one to three-bedroom units, all complete with gardens and parking spaces.

There is then the main house – Lower Rock Farm – which is a former Peckforton Estate farmhouse.
