PatentLink lets users build interactive lists of patents, which can then be used for portfolio oversight, workload management, competitive intelligence, and more.

With PatentLink, the user can build a list by simply inputting patent numbers, assignee names, or other information. When an update is needed, the data can easily be refreshed without manual work. Lists automatically include a variety of information needed by patent practitioners, such as the status and the assigned examiner.
“PatentLink has three different types of lists, to meet the most needs for our user base. We have a Standard List, which provides up-to-date information for managing work. Another is a Notification List, which is great for situations such as monitoring competitors. And the third is a Quality List, which makes it easy to understand the health of a portfolio. To make it easier to explore and analyze, PatentLink lists include one-click access to other Patent Bots tools, including PatentPlex, which provides family trees and patent history.
