inventoryAn online inventory management service that is free to use for letting agents and property managers has launched, promising to soon be the ‘go to’ independent platform for the property industry.

Its service has been rolled out across Greater Manchester during its ‘beta’ testing phase but is now going national.

Through its website agents and property manager can book qualified clerks free of charge to complete both inspections, reports and also interim property inspections.

Klerky will also enable inventory clerks to market their services more easily although those who sign up must have valid insurance before listing their business, and it also leaves users free to continue using their existing inventory reporting software without needing to change existing set-ups.

The platform is backed by deposits service TDS to ensure the ‘highest standards of service and industry compliance’.

“Inventory check-ins, interim visits, and check-out inspections are crucial for reducing disputes between landlords and tenants,” says Neil Peers, COO, TDS.

“We welcome the launch of Klerky, which simplifies the process of finding trusted clerks, booking and managing inspections nationwide, making life easier for agents and landlords.”

Richard Abbots, CEO of Klerky (main image) and also boss of Inventory Hive, says: “Traditionally property inventory clerks rely heavily on manual processes or software solutions designed for other industries.

“We’re on a mission to help clerks streamline their daily admin, delight existing customers and win new business.

“What’s more, they’re not tied to using a specific software to create their reports – making Klerky a truly standalone CRM tool.”
