On 17-19 March the halls of London’s ExCeL will once again be filled with the latest products, services and innovations for hotels, restaurants and caterers – the HRC exhibition.
This year’s trade show features an expanded offering, including a new pizza and pasta section and a focus on the latest in design, hospitality technology and professional kitchens. Plus, the Vision Stage and TechX stage will host discussions on trends, best practices and technological innovations.
The exhibition is part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, which will also incorporate the IFE Manufacturing, IFE, the Pub Show and International Salon Culinaire events.
But for hospitality operators, a key draw will be the many stands showcasing the latest equipment and technological solutions for the sector. So, here, we round up some major exhibitors and the products they will be displaying.
