Sponsored text: Livetech’s Italian passion for industry systems and machinery

Italian-based Livetech industry machinery gorup has always been synonymous with technology. Its equipment-building skill is very much in the DNA of the Monticello D’Alba-based company which, once again this year, is confirmed as a leader in the field of packaging systems for food products.

Technology at the service of the product, centered on people and respectful of the environment. All the solutions proposed by the company integrate advanced systems capable of constantly monitoring and guaranteeing the quality of the final product.

Quality begins already in the product packaging design phase: the Research and Development department works closely with the customer to study and optimize all packaging solutions, from primary to palletizing. Performance, efficiency, and availability are guaranteed by technical solutions aimed at achieving and maintaining very high Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) values.

Based on needs, the robotic systems designed and built by Livetech can integrate, for example, industrial robots, multi-carrier systems and specific applications designed ad hoc: the machines of the e-Series family, compact, efficient, and essential, thus evolve into the X-Series, characterized by high performance and extreme customization.

All solutions are designed around the person: operators, maintenance workers and line supervisors have a series of tools at their disposal that facilitate the operation, maintenance and monitoring of the machines. Each product in the Livetech range can be equipped, for example, with “Poka-Yoke” type adjustment systems, format changeover systems with digital indicators monitored by software, format changeover component recognition systems, fully automated format changeover systems.

The installation of cameras and screens directly on board facilitates the identification of operating problems and the search for the causes of any breakages or damage. The environment also benefits from the technologies used by Livetech: the architecture of the motor control systems exploits the principle of regeneration, reducing overall electricity consumption and the need for conditioning of the electrical boards. If one motor brakes, the energy generated during braking can be used by one of the other motors connected to the shared power network and is not completely dissipated as heat.  Discover us @live-tech.com
