3. A5183 – St Albans
This plot of farmland close to the A5183 is listed Tribute Land, and differing sizes of plot are available.
100sqm has been priced at £8,000, with plots of up to 400sqm being offered for £24,000, with the listing stating it could be used for a housing development.

4. Icknield Close – St Albans

The 5,963sqft looks set to be used for housing, with plans drawn up but no planning application submitted.
