Jade Land Properties has opened its new headquarters at Shui On Centre in Wan Chai.
The launch event, held on August 12, also marked the company’s 31st anniversary.
Theresa Fok, founder and managing director of Jade Land Properties and president of the GBA Economic and Trade Association, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to clients, business partners and friends for their enduring support.
”The opening of our new headquarters symbolizes not just the growth of our company but also our dedication to delivering top-tier international property solutions to clients worldwide as we embark on this new journey toward a brighter future,” she said.
Fok emphasized the critical role Hong Kong plays in the Greater Bay Area’s economic integration. “Hong Kong must strengthen its role as a crucial springboard, facilitating foreign direct investment into the region, providing the world with a deeper understanding of China, and assisting investors in diversifying their portfolios,” she said.
Jade Land Properties remains committed to capitalizing on opportunities in the evolving business landscape. The company is poised to launch a new website that will highlight its expanded scope of services, including its role as a property investment advisor to a regulated open-ended property fund, citizenship planning services, and community lifestyle activities such as whisky tasting events, art showcases and wellness sharing sessions.
As Jade Land Properties moves forward, the new headquarters marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, with a vision firmly set on a prosperous future, Fok said.
The event was attended by Lily Tan, the chief executive for sales and marketing at Malaysia’s Hunza Properties Group, Willie Lai, the founder of the GBA Economic and Trade Association and Hong Kong Inheritage Foundation, Jade Land Properties general manager Charlene Ng, former secretary for innovation and technology Alfred Sit Wing-hang, Kyran Sze, honorary president and convenor of the GBA Economic and Trade Association and founder and chairman of KYSS Properties, and Jade Link Investments’s fund administrator Sylvia Wong, consultant Pauline Jones and investment manager Danny Lau.
