H&H Land & Estates has promoted Robert Jauneika to director, expanding his leadership role in its land agency business across the North East and Yorkshire.
Robert, who joined in 2019 and became associate director in 2023, has played a key role in growing the firm’s client portfolio and geographic reach.
As director, he will continue to advise on land and property matters, including rural sales, valuations and development opportunities.
Robert said: “I am delighted and honoured to step up to director at H&H Land & Estates.
“Over the past six years, I have seen the company grow and change enormously, and I am immensely excited to help lead the company going forwards, across all areas of the business.

H&H Land & Estates operates from offices in Carlisle, Durham, Hexham, Northallerton and Penrith.
