MS Amlin has appointed Ms Sarah Reidy as Commercial Director, effective December 2026.
In the newly created Commercial Director role, Ms Reidy will serve as a link between MS Amlin’s underwriting teams and the senior leadership of its broker partners. She will help identify, evaluate and convert attractive opportunities, while strengthening key partnerships and supporting options for growth across the business.
Ms Reidy brings over 16 years of experience from both broking and insurance firms, with a proven track record in building high-value relationships and driving commercial success in complex market conditions. Prior to joining MS Amlin, Ms Reidy worked with Ardonagh, Piiq Risk Partners, WTW, Zurich and QBE. She will join MS Amlin from Aon Inpoint.
To its cyber team, MS Amlin has appointed:
- Mr Alex Jomaa as Head of Cyber
- Ms Monica Tigleanu as Lead Underwriter
Mr Jomaa joins MS Amlin from Onda AI, a cyber insurance MGA, where he was CUO and a founding executive. He previously held cyber underwriting roles at Tokio Marine Kiln and CFC Underwriting.
Ms Tigleanu was most recently cyber strategy director at BMS Group. She previously held senior cyber underwriting and broking roles at Munich Re Syndicate, Marsh Specialty, Beazley and AIG.

- Mr Adam Casselman as Lead Underwriter, Onshore Construction
- Ms Krishna Mistry as Assistant Underwriter, Power and Renewables
- Mr Robin Waller as Head of Natural Resources and Lead Underwriter, Upstream
Mr Casselman’s appointment will see MS Amlin expand into onshore construction, which extends the insurer’s natural resources offering from operational risks into the construction phase, enabling it to support clients across a broader range of exposures.
He has 19 years of experience in the insurance market. Mr Casselman began his career at Catlin before holding positions at Sompo, Canopius and Allianz. Most recently, he was Head of International Construction at Aspen.
Ms Mistry began her career as a graduate trainee in Aon’s natural resources team before moving to QBE, where she worked as an Assistant Underwriter.
