Aman Bank has dismissed reports claiming that its systems or digital platforms were compromised, stating that the circulating information is inaccurate.

The bank clarified that the temporary disruption affecting some electronic services is due to ongoing system upgrades and technical enhancements aimed at improving performance and increasing service efficiency. It emphasized that these updates are routine and unrelated to any cybersecurity incident.

It also reassured customers that all of its systems and customer data remain fully secure and continue to operate safely, reaffirming its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of information security and service reliability.
