Llinks Law Offices has hired Chen Yongxing and Chen Gong as partners at its Shanghai office, strengthening its real estate, dispute resolution and employment law practices. Both joined from East & Concord Partners.
Chen Yongxing began practising at the Shanghai headquarters of Everbright Law Firm in 2004, later becoming a partner. He then served as director and senior partner at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm’s Shanghai office, and head and management committee chair at the Shanghai office of East & Concord.
He focuses on commercial real estate and related investment and financing, as well as M&A involving listed companies. He has provided full-process legal services, covering litigation and non-contentious matters, for core real estate projects including shopping centres, office buildings, hotels, residential projects, long-term rental flats and industrial property. He has also advised local procuratorates on complex real estate and construction cases.
Chen Gong has more than 10 years of experience that he honed in Shanghai. He was previously a partner at East & Concord and before that worked at Zhonglun W&D, where he was promoted to partner.
His main practice areas are commercial dispute resolution and corporate compliance management, with extensive experience in commercial disputes, employment and labour disputes and corporate compliance. He has served as legal counsel to several listed companies, large multinationals and high-net-worth individuals. His clients have included Dah Sing Bank, Bank of Tianjin, Bank of China Insurance and Uni-President.
