Kenneth Zahn joins as Vice President of Sales, Focused Service, where now oversees sales strategy and revenue performance across the division. Zahn brings extensive experience leading multi-property, multi-brand portfolios, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales at PHMI Group. In that role, he directed commercial strategy across Marriott, IHG, and Choice assets generating more than $45 million in annual revenue. Known for building high-performing teams and driving consistent topline growth, Zahn will partner closely with Hotel Equities’ commercial leadership to further strengthen sales execution and portfolio performance.
