Blue Chandra exits Samhi Hotels with full 3.94% stake sale on April 29


The following stocks were sold via bulk and block deals on April 29.

Samhi Hotels Limited

The stock witnessed a series of block deals on Tuesday at a uniform trade price of Rs 174.3. On the sell side, Blue Chandra Pte Ltd offloaded 87.21 lakh shares or a full 3.94 percent stake in the company.

Institutional investors were active on the buy side, with Tata Mutual Fund and Steinberg India Emerging Opportunities Fund acquiring 28.18 lakh and 28.17 lakh shares, respectively. Other prominent buyers included BOFA Securities Europe SA (with and without ODI), Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, LGT Select Equity Emerging Markets Fund, TT Sustainable EM Equity Fund, CBJ Trustee for SMBC Emerging Markets Impact MF, and various TT-branded funds also purchased a stake in the company. The stock price gained 4 percent in today’s session.

Tata Technologies Limited

In Tata Technologies, TPG Rise Climate SF Pte. Ltd. sold a substantial block of 1.58 crore shares at Rs 673.26 apiece. This is nearly a 4 percent stake in the company. The deal likely marks a partial exit as TPG had a 6.01 percent stake in the company, BSE data showed.

Bhaskar Narmadashankar Oza acquired 24,000 shares of Oneclick Logistics at a price of Rs 177.41, indicating a high-conviction retail or HNI investment.

Onyx Biotec Limited

Acintyo Investment Fund PCC – Cell 1 sold 2.64 lakh shares of Onyx Biotec at a low average price of Rs 53.19, suggesting a potential exit amid weaker valuations or profit booking.

Rapid Fleet Management Services Limited 

Zeta Global Funds (OEIC) PCC Limited – Zeta Series B Fund PC sold 46,200 shares of Rapid Fleet at Rs 211.46, possibly indicating an exit or portfolio rebalancing.

Revathi Equipment India Limited

Shah Sharad Kanayalal purchased 27,597 shares in Revathi Equipment at Rs 890.14, indicating investor interest in the company at elevated price levels.

Thinking Hats Entertainment Solutions Limited

Girijadhava Vyapaar Private Limited bought 96,000 shares of Thinking Hats at Rs 28.89, while Madhu V Jhaver sold 99,000 shares at Rs 28.90, pointing to a likely one-on-one block transaction.
