The brand-new JCB Telemaster TM280S telescopic wheeled loader was commended for its exceptional productivity, operator comfort and innovative design, standing out among a variety of new agricultural machines unveiled at the show.

JCB’s Telemaster range is uniquely designed and manufactured entirely in Britain. Produced at the JCB Earthmovers factory in Cheadle, Staffordshire, the TM280S boasts a cutting-edge chassis and an exclusive transmission engineered and built at JCB Transmissions in Wrexham. It is powered by a 130hp DieselMAX engine, developed and constructed at JCB Power Systems in Derby.
The spacious cab, assembled at JCB Cab Systems in Uttoxeter, ensures operators benefit from a comfortable and practical workspace. This mid-sized machine is designed to handle demanding daily tasks on livestock farms, including those specialising in dairy and beef.
The telescopic boom provides a lift capacity of 2.75 tonnes to a height of 4.8 metres, while the innovative DualTech VT transmission allows precise hydrostatic control at low speeds and transitions to direct mechanical drive at higher speeds for maximum efficiency and fuel savings.
With a height of just 2.6m, the TM280S can easily access traditional farm buildings with low doorways. Its central driving position delivers excellent all-round visibility, allowing operators to navigate farm environments safely and complete tasks efficiently, even on busy farming days.
