U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins visited the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville Friday for the National Farm Machinery Show, according to a news release.
Rollins, a longtime ally of President Donald Trump, made the appearance just a day after she was confirmed by the Senate.
“We are honored to welcome Secretary Rollins to the National Farm Machinery Show,” said David S. Beck, president and CEO of Kentucky Venues, which hosts the show. “Her presence reaffirms the critical role that innovation plays in American agriculture and highlights the indispensable contributions of farmers, ranchers, and the broader agricultural community to our nation’s economic strength and stability.”
The annual event showcases innovations in agricultural equipment and technology and draws more 300,000 attendees, organizers said in the news release.
The show, which runs through Saturday, is in its 59th year and will also feature the Championship Tractor Pull, the world’s longest-running indoor pull, at Freedom Hall. More than 800 exhibitors touted their equipment and services across 1.2 million square feet in 2025.
