USPTO grants patent to BluSmart for its allocation system for electric mobility, ET LegalWorld


On August 6, 2024, Blu-Smart Mobility Private Limited has been granted a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) titled “Systems and Methods for Allocating Vehicles to Ride Requests”

The patent granted to Blu-Smart, “Discloses a system and methods for allocating vehicles to ride requests,” with significant impact on the e-mobility consumer market sector identifying fuel stations within a predefined distance from the drop location while accessing vehicle, driver and fuel station information which will be predicting distance to empty for each currently available vehicle of the selected eligible vehicles that satisfy eligibility criteria and allocating the vehicle.

The disclosure in the patent document, “relates to systems for allocating vehicles to ride requests,” while further disclosing, “methods for allocating vehicles to ride requests,” with “computer program products for allocating vehicles to ride requests.”

The integrated system establishes a connected network of electric vehicles and charging stations, providing a seamless and efficient service for both drivers and customers.

The inventors of the patents are Rishabh Sood, Gurpreet Singh Walia, and Anmol Singh Jaggi.
